TUF Thüringen has conducted the supervisory audit of JSC "NEK" to confirm the international Service Quality Certification Standard ISO 9001. As part of the audit, they checked the business processes of NEK St. Petersburg branch as to: provision of freight forwarding services, electronic declaration of goods and warehouse services. The audit noted the high quality of logistics services, the Company desire to improve production processes, high professionalism of employees, openness and goodwill in communication.
